My name is Mat Alexander, and I am the pastor of Sunnyside Baptist Church in Shepherdsville, KY. The church is nestled in a valley along Knob Creek. My wife and I live I am also a seminary student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.

I am married to the beautiful Whitney. We live in the parsonage right next door to the church.

This is a collection of thoughts and experiences as the pastor of a country church. I love what I do, and am surrounded by great people.
